25 Again is committed to keeping our patients and medical staff safe during COVID-19. In addition to adhering to all state and federal guidelines, here’s everything we’re doing to make sure your visit to 25 Again is a safe one:

  • All 25 Again staff will be temperature checked when they arrive for work and outfitted with personal protective equipment (PPE) during your appointment
  • All patients will be temperature checked with a non-contact infrared thermometer before entering
  • We’re only seeing members by scheduled appointments
  • We’re limiting all non-essential visits to protect the health and safety of you and our medical staff
  • We’ll be using Telehealth via Zoom Healthcare whenever possible
  • All patients will be required to wear a mask before entering. If you don’t have one, we’ll provide one upon arrival
  • To maintain safe social distancing, we’re closing our waiting rooms and are asking that you call us when you arrive to check-in. Then simply relax in your car and we’ll text you when it’s time to come in
  • We’re asking that all patients wash their hands or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol prior to arrival
  • After each visit, we’ll disinfect and sanitize all common touch areas
  • For the safety of our patients and staff, we’re requiring that all patients and staff stay home if they’re sick. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us immediately
  • If you need prescription or supplement refills, please call your local 25 Again office and use option 1
  • Only patients will be allowed in the building
