2lbs of ground chicken
1 tablespoon of italian seasoning
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce (look for low carb count)
Blend spices into ground chicken. Use, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, oregano and a hint of black pepper.
Pre-heat oven to 400. In a large bowl combine ground chicken, cheese and spices.
Spray a pizza pan or cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Place ground chicken mixture onto pizza pan or cookie sheet and evenly press the mixture flat.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown. Drain excess fat/water. Pat with paper towel. Place sauce, toppings and cheese you like on the chicken crust and then return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cheese and toppings are melted to a bubbly goodness.
