Rosenburg Reyes, MD - 25 Again Medical Director
Louisville: Springhurst

"I come from a diversified healthcare background with experience in critical care, women’s health, aesthetic medicine, and dual APRN certification as both a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). I obtained my BSN at Northern Kentucky University and my MSN + PGC through Frontier Nursing University, which is most known for their longstanding history as the Frontier Nursing Service.

With a strong foundation and passion for women’s health, I was drawn to this opportunity to help all patients from all walks of life feel their best and enable them to live longer, healthier, more vibrant lives. Evidence-based practice is paramount to me, and I love that there is almost no “black and white” in medicine as the data is ever-evolving. I’ve learned that a love for learning is central to who I am both in my professional and personal life. When I am not at work, my husband and two children are my priority. Fun fact—I love baking sourdough and tending to my plants!"

Pam Kinney
Louisville: Springhurst

"I spent most of my nursing career as a First Assistant in open heart surgery. I loved the challenge and critical thinking but missed out on a lot of family time due to my call schedule so realized it was time for a change. When I decided I was going to become a nurse practitioner, I switched to oncology research and worked with lung cancer patients while I completed my Master’s degree.

I live in NKY with my husband, three kids, and dog Lili. We love all things outdoors and spend a lot of time at the Red River Gorge, Lake Cumberland, and travelling to tropical places.

I love learning and am passionate about helping people feel their best inside and out. I look forward to meeting everyone and helping our members reach their health and aesthetics goals!"
